Enjoyed my xmas at this hotel. the breakfast was basic but tasty. I especially enjoyed the Indonesian food, especially the noodle and rice dishes. the view from the hotel was breathtaking and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. the staff were friendly and professional, and always willing to help.
The facilities were not up to my expectations. the hotel was noisy due to the ongoing works and parties outside, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

the private facilities in our room were especially impressive , we loved the plush bedding and grand bathroom, which exceeded our expectations.
The lack of TV channels in our room, but this was a minor issue that didn't detract from our overall experience. the hotel's stunning garden area, top, notch restaurant, and advantageous location near Bromo made up for it.

Stunning views and excellent service! This mountain resort provides breathtaking panoramas of the valley. The atmosphere is peaceful and rejuvenating, perfect for a city break. The staff could not have been more attentive, from start to finish. Plus, the luxurious amenities and room were spotless and comfortable.
Limited food options and some noise issues. Although the local cuisine was tasty, the menu could have been more diverse.

Located in the mountains, this hotel is perfect for those looking for a secluded retreat. Staff hospitality stands out with managers personally welcoming guests and making them feel at home. Guests highlight the amazing views from the rooms, delicious breakfast, and spacious villas with shared living rooms and pantries. the hotel offers amenities for all ages, like a children's playground and antique car gallery.
One aspect that could be improved is the lack of some basic kitchen items like plates and pans staying in the villas.
